Where is your factory?
Our factory is locate in Dongguan city, Guangdong province of China, which is near Guangzhou and Shenzhen. About 1 hours drive. It's very convenient for shipping and visit us when you come to China.
How large is your factory, and how many employees do you have?
Our factory operates with a dedicated team of over 300 staff members and spans an impressive area of 13,000 square meters. It is organized into five key departments: Design, Development, Production, Sales & Marketing, and Service. With this robust structure, we deliver comprehensive, one-stop packaging solutions tailored to meet your needs.
What exhibition are you attending?
We participate in the Canton Fair, Hong Kong Fair, and Beautyworld Mid East every year in both April and October. We warmly welcome you and your team to visit our booth during the exhibitions and will provide detailed information ahead of time.
Are you factory or trade company?

We are a comprehensive company integrating industry and trade. Our factory was established in 1997 and we have been specializing in the production of luxury packaging for 28 years. Our main categories include gift boxes, perfume boxes, wine boxes, jewelry boxes, and cigar boxes.
What certificates do you have?

We have possessed various qualifications, including ISO9001/14001, SA8000, FSC, EUDR, BSCI, Sedex, etc.
How can we do factory audit or order inspection?

You can schedule a factory tour or request a third-party factory audit. If an in-person visit is not possible, we can arrange a virtual tour of our factory via online video call.
What payment methods are accepted for Purchasing?
We accept T/T, Paypal and credit cards.
Meanwhile, we accept 100% payment before production for order amounts below 10,000 USD. 30% deposit before production and balance before shipment for order amount over 10,000 USD.
What is your MOQ?
As our products are customized, generally our MOQ is 500pcs for each item. Is it workable for you?
Noted that you just start your business, we can help to reduce the MOQ to support your business, but the price might be a little higher due to the small quantity. Hope you can understand.
When can I get the quotation?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Kindly note that if your inquiry is with more details, then the price we quote will be more accurate.
Do you have stock?

Unfortunately, we currently don't have any ready-made stock, as all of our products are custom-made to meet the unique requirements of our customers.
If you're interested in creating custom products but are facing challenges with the design process, don't worry! Our experienced design team is here to assist you and provide professional packaging solutions tailored to your needs.
What are your product ranges?
We are focusing on wide range of high-end packaging box solutions to the luxury goods industry, especially for perfume, wines & spirits, watches, Jewelry, cosmetics, cigar etc.
How long can you expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
What kind of files do you accept for printing?
AI, PDF, EPS, TIF, high-resolution JPG, PSD.
Do you provide samples to check quality?

A. After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
B. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you a sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
C. If you require printed samples, we will charge $50-$100 to cover the cost of film.
Can you design products for us?

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in gift box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas, and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes.
It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high-resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
How long is the production time?
Generally the production leadtime is about 20~25 days, if the quantity is big or the product is complicated, we'll need a few more days for production.
But if you have some urgent projects, we will further check the actual production situation, take it as a special order and try our best to reduce the production leadtime for you.
How long does it take to make sample?

Sample lead-time:
Working days: 5-7, Natual days: 7-10 days
For some special or urgent order,We'll try as the best to speed up the whole process and meet your timelines.
How are products packaged for shipment?
Most shipments include boxes packed inside an outer carton and placed on the sturdy boxes. Welcome to contact us to get pictures of the packing.
Can I request custom packaging?

Yes, custom packaging solutions are available. Please contact us for more details.

How long is your delivery time?

For sample orders, once all details are confirmed, it will take approximately 3-7 days to complete the samples. They will be shipped via Express services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, and usually arrive within 3-5 days. This means you can expect to receive the samples within 1-2 weeks. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
For bulk orders, the production time typically ranges from 45-60 days depending on the order quantity. During busy seasons, the production time may vary based on our order volume. If you require expedited production, we can discuss and accelerate the delivery process accordingly.
How can you make sure the mass goods quality?
Normally our other customers will order pre-production samples before the mass goods. After you approve the pre-production samples, we will produce according to the pre-production samples. During the production process, we will have internal QC to check the raw materials/printing color/surface treatment/product structure/packaging. After the completion of production, you can arrange a third-party inspection company to inspect the goods to ensure that the quality of the mass goods is consistent with the pre-production sample you have approved.
Can you provide inspection report before delivery?
Yes, we can provide our internal inspection report before delivery. But if you need inspection report of 3rd party, you'll need to pay for the inspection cost. Hope you can understand.
What should I do if there are after-sales problems with the product?

If there is any problem with the products after receiving the goods, please feedback the details of the problem and the quantity of the problem to us. We will immediately find out the cause of the problem internally and arrange the replenishment to you, and the cost will be borne by us.
Is it possible to return or exchange the goods?

All goods will be checked by QC before shipping. The goods will not be shipped until we got "YES" from QC department. If there is quality issue after receiving the goods, considering the high international transportation fee, we suggest to refund the amount of defected products or produce more in next order to refill the last order and give some extra.
