Using an automated precision cutter, materials are trimmed to exact design dimensions with tight tolerances, ensuring consistency. Cuts along fold lines enable accurate alignment during assembly, improving structural integrity and efficiency.
Our forming process blends precision and craftsmanship. Wooden boxes are shaped through careful cutting, jointing, drilling, and fine CNC finishing. For leather boxes, grey board cutting, V-grooving, framing, and hidden magnet fitting create a refined, durable structure.
Our surface finishing for wooden boxes includes staining, lacquering, painting, veneer application, and special textures like carbonizing or wire brushing, with controlled curing. Leather boxes feature spot UV coating, foil stamping, embossing, printing and other surface finishing.
Each leather, wooden, and paper gift box undergoes strict quality control: dimension, color, surface, function, and odor tests. Constant temp/humidity at 60℃ & 80% RH for 12–24h, plus adhesion, hardness, and moisture checks ensure export-ready standards.
