Generally the production leadtime is about 20~25 days, if the quantity is big or the product is complicated, we'll need a few more days for production. But if you have some urgent projects, we will further check the actual production situation, take it as a special order and try our best to reduce the production leadtime for you.

Normally our other customers will order pre-production samples before the mass goods. After you approve the pre-production samples, we will produce according to the pre-production samples. During the production process, we will have internal QC to check the raw materials/printing color/surface treatment/product structure/packaging. After the completion of production, you can arrange a third-party inspection company to inspect the goods to ensure that the quality of the mass goods is consistent with the pre-production sample you have approved.

If there is any problem with the products after receiving the goods, please feedback the details of the problem and the quantity of the problem to us. We will immediately find out the cause of the problem internally and arrange the replenishment to you, and the cost will be borne by us.
